How Much Does It Cost?
Everyone’s favourite question! Well, the truth is it costs what it costs. While we can’t give you an exact estimate without engaging in services we can see if we’re a good fit by discussing what your goals are and from there our skilled team will be able to put together some information based on homes we have recently built or check out our blog on how we calculate your costs.
What is Cost Plus?
Cost plus is just how it sounds! Labour, and the cost of materials plus a pre-determinied mark-up. No surprises! Want to know more - here’s the scoop!
What is an Estimate?
Once you’ve got your plans drawn and have officially engaged our services it’s time to dive in deep and get an accurate projection of costs related to your specific project at this specific time. Before you sign your contract, and within a specified window of time you’ll need to sign off on the estimate.
How do we Communicate?
At R Dolan Construction we are flexible and progressive. We communicate however you’d like to. We are available for phone or video calls, as well as by email. When we are in the planning phases you will meet with our construction coordinator and your project manager to determine what works best for your preferences, lifestyle, and location.
