We recently had the pleasure of completing a custom home build with Ron and the R Dolan Construction Crew. This was our first ever experience with building a house and we couldn't be happier with how the whole project went from start to completion. With the global pandemic and the unprecedented housing boom, we knew we were bound to face many challenges along the way.
Ron, Ty and Doug were absolute professionals in their ability to mitigate, forecast and get ahead of all the uncertainties we were potentially facing. Their honesty, integrity and long standing relationships with local suppliers was highly evident throughout each stage of the build.

We have used Dolan Construction for all our renovations in our home which began in 1992 to the present day.
They have renovated our entire downstairs, enclosing our carport into a two car garage, adding a concrete driveway, new siding,repairing the leaky foundation and adding new weeping tiles, remodeled the main and lower bathrooms as well as hardwood flooring throughout the house.
This was all done on time and on budget and most of all a very friendly group of hard working people. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

In 2018 we contracted R Dolan Construction to build our custom home. During the project our choice was confirmed time and again with Ron’s ability to listen and with his pragmatic nature, and we developed a high level of trust and confidence in him and his employees.
Ron’s project manager Ty, and their construction team were excellent to work with throughout the process. The job site was always kept clean and organized, communication was excellent and when they required decisions from us they always gave us lots of lead time. Of course, we added and changed some things during construction which they happily accommodated and kept good records for reconciliation on completion.
The project finished on time and on budget and the quality of workmanship and detail was excellent. Ron has periodically checked in and has been happy to address any post completion issues. Ron and his team understand the difficult balancing act clients must do to walk the line between their budget and dreams when building their home and were incredibly helpful in guiding us to fulfill our vision.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire R. Dolan Construction to build our home and wouldn’t work with anyone else if we were to build again.

In the spring of 2020 Ron Dolan and Crew led by Ty did a major Reno on our home. As with any Reno it is a major undertaking when you need to move your Belongings furniture dishes appliances etc into mini storage and live and work from a suitcase. Even with Covid , closing most suppliers showrooms and a lack of supply and labour we were back in our now newly updated 50 year home in 3 months!
